We meet Thursday evenings from 7:30-9:00 p.m. at Triangle Church, 5510 Barbee Chapel Road in Chapel Hill. The first Thursday of each month is for Troop Leadership only. 	Troop 820 has approximately 80 scouts, ages 11-17, and over a dozen Assistant Scoutmasters. Our patrols are the Barracudas, Cobras, Dragons, Flaming Eagles, Panthers, Scorpions, Vikings, Venture and Leadership. We have an active monthly camping program.
	110 Scouts have become Eagle Scouts through Troop 820. Please click on the link below for a complete list as well as some helpful information for those Scouts pursuing Eagle.
	Troop 820 has been served by twelve Scoutmasters since being founded on March 19, 1969. They are: Harry Jensen, Bill Chapell, Jim Wells, John Humber, John Overton, Alex Bell, Doug Leigh, Tim Taft, Bob Verne, Thor Fjellstedt, Alfred Reid, and Ed Bedford.
